By downloading, accessing, or using the QuickFinder mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
QuickFinder is a demand-led marketplace that connects buyers seeking specific products or services with verified sellers who can fulfill those requests. Buyers post requests describing what they need, and sellers respond with offers. QuickFinder facilitates communication but is not a party to any transaction between users.
To use QuickFinder, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this service.
Sellers on QuickFinder undergo identity verification through government-issued ID (NIN, passport, or driver's license) or business registration documents (CAC). While we take reasonable steps to verify seller identities, this does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of any seller's products, services, or business practices.
Users agree not to:
Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Attempt to circumvent the platform to avoid fees
Use the platform for illegal goods or services
All transactions are between buyers and sellers directly. QuickFinder does not process payments, hold funds, or guarantee transactions. Users are encouraged to meet in safe, public locations and verify items before completing any transaction.
QuickFinder is currently free to use for both buyers and sellers. We reserve the right to introduce fees in the future with advance notice to users.
Users retain ownership of content they post. By posting content, you grant QuickFinder a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the platform for the purpose of providing our services.
QuickFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any disputes between users, quality of goods or services, or any losses arising from platform use. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you to QuickFinder in the 12 months preceding any claim.
Users are encouraged to resolve disputes directly. QuickFinder may, at its discretion, assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so. Any legal disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
QuickFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Match buyers with relevant sellers based on location and request details
Verify seller identities to build trust in the marketplace

Other Users: Your profile information and posts are visible to other users as necessary for marketplace function.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption, secure servers, and access controls. Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud platforms (Supabase/Firebase) with robust security certifications.
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
